This neoclassical-style building features a two-story façade with tall, shuttered windows and a balustraded balcony flying the Brazilian, São Paulo, and municipal flags, and a grand central portico supported by columns. Inside, the “Salão Nobre”, or Great Hall, showcases a large wooden oval table surrounded by upholstered chairs and walls decorated with works by the famous Brazilian artist Benedito Calixto.
