Dating back to 1860, the farm preserves its historic rural architecture, including an earth-and-wattle main house, a coffee patio, and traditional clay tile roofing. A standout element is the copper still, which has been in use since 1910 to produce small-batch cachaça, aged in wooden barrels. The same rustic style—stone walls, exposed peroba beams—is featured in the farm’s restaurant, located by the banks of a lake.
