Housed in the former Cubatão Railway Station, the site still preserves its railway infrastructure. The original platform and tracks are still in use, with freight trains passing through regularly. It features an access staircase, fired-clay brick walls, and an iron footbridge that spans the station from side to side, creating an industrial, historically charged atmosphere shaped by railway architecture and the earthy tones of the original materials.
