This building retains its historic charm, featuring yellow-ochre walls, a gable, ceramic-tiled roof, and gorgeous wooden eaves. Inaugurated in 1910, it was once part of the Companhia Paulista de Estradas de Ferro railway company, which continues to operate a regional freight line. Inside, the rooms are distinguished by black-and-white patterned tiles, and wooden furniture underscores its historic character.
