Founded in 1943, the building features a symmetrical eclectic-style façade with neoclassical influences, marked by triangular pediments, wrought-iron balcony railings, and white ornamental details set against a yellow background. The interior still preserves much of its original character, with hardwood floors, antique furniture, bookshelves lined with volumes, as well as sculptures and historical artifacts.
