Built between 1863 and 1866, with a stone foundation and wattle-and-daub walls, this colonial townhouse also played a strategic role during the 1932 Constitutional Revolution, serving as an outpost for soldiers. Its exterior is painted in shades of orange and white, while the interior preserves its original wooden flooring, antique furniture, and blue-and-white color scheme.
