Built in 1811, this building—also known as Sobrado da Dona Laurinda—is notable for its carved wooden doors and windows, as well as its copper-floor balconies. In the 19th century, it housed the Tribunal do Júri, or Jury Court. The façade is predominantly white, with blue detailing and ornamental architectural features.
