The house was designed to offer a stunning panoramic view of the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve.
Its location is privileged, on a quiet street, just 1,200 meters from the town’s central square.
Featuring three suites with views, spacious integrated living, dining, and themed rooms in an open-concept design connected to the kitchen, veranda, and a spa for up to six people (with hydromassage, heating, and chromotherapy), it also offers an outdoor gourmet area for social gatherings, a charming waterfall, a floor fireplace, and an aromatic garden.

Artists can apply for the Artistic Residency in two ways: with accommodation costs covered through cultural funding programs (such as the Paulo Gustavo Law, Aldir Blanc Law, ProAC, and similar initiatives), or by self-funding their stay at affordable rates.
