Built in November 1897, this Victorian-style mansion underwent restoration in 2005. The structure features thirty-three windows, six fireplaces, double-thick walls that improve thermal comfort, and Riga pine flooring. Spread across two stories, the house has spacious rooms, high ceilings, wooden floors and staircases, as well as an indoor bathroom fitted with a bathtub. The museum offers a panoramic view of the city.
