Built in 1987, this colonial-style mansion is decorated with urban art—a tribute to writer Patrícia Galvão. The upper floor features an entrance hall, a living room, a library, a rehearsal room with a baby grand piano, two patios overlooking the forest, a bathroom, a pantry, and a fully equipped kitchen. The lower floor features a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a dormitory, and an art studio. Inside, wooden ceilings, floors, and furniture lend the space a warm amber luster. The outdoor area looks out onto the Serra da Mantiqueira mountain range, providing a panoramic view of the lush landscape.
