Prédio histórico do início do século XX, originalmente construído como presídio e adaptado, nos anos 2000, para a educação agrícola do Centro Paula Souza. Com arquitetura eclética de influência neocolonial, destaca-se pela fachada amarela e pelo mural de azulejos figurativos que retratam cenas do trabalho no campo e elementos da fauna e flora rural paulista. No terreno, ruínas preservam vestígios do passado e criam um contraste marcante entre a memória histórica e as estruturas ainda em uso.
