Founded in 1791, this property is surrounded by native forest and natural freshwater springs. Consolidated during the 19th-century coffee boom, the farm was later renovated, incorporating neoclassical influences. It houses a collection of original carved wooden furniture, porcelain, crystal pieces, antique machinery used in the production of unrefined whole cane sugar, or rapadura, and an old bellhouse.
