What Data We Collect

In this way, there is the processing of personal data i) provided by the User and ii) collected automatically.

  4. Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data (in violation of the LGPD) .

  9. the review of automated decisions made solely on the basis of automated processing of personal data; and

  10. Opposition to processing carried out based on one of the grounds for waiving consent, in case of non-compliance with the provisions of the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

It is important to clarify that, although data portability to another service or product provider is a right of the data subject, as stated in item “v”, it is still pending regulation by the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

The São Paulo State Film Commission will make every effort to fulfill such requests as quickly as possible. However, even in the case of a deletion request, the minimum retention period for user information from internet applications, as determined by Brazilian law, will be respected.

Legislation and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, especially Federal Law No. 13.709/2018, regardless of the laws of other states or countries, and the courts of the District of São Paulo/SP shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from this document.
