Surrounded by hills and native vegetation, this beach is located within an environmentally preserved area and can be reached on foot via hiking trails or by car. At low tide, a sandbar emerges, connecting it to Praia de Pernambuco—a natural phenomenon that inspired the name Mar Casado, or Married Sea.
