This asymmetrical building features two lateral towers and arched, barred windows that reflect its industrial architectural origins. Its façade is fully covered in a colorful geometric mural, with vertical stripes and patterns evoking contemporary urban art. The surrounding outdoor area includes stainless steel sculptures of violeiros (guitarists) and bulls by Lúcio Bittencourt and his son Rodrigo Bittencourt, as well as concrete statues of soldiers depicting World War II combatants, created by artist Carlinhos Artesão.
