Inaugurated in 2020, the Arco da Inovação is a modern structure that connects the city’s main avenues. It features a one-hundred-meter-high arch supporting two viaducts in an X. The innovative design was created by engineer Catão Francisco Ribeiro, who also designed the Ponte Octávio Frias de Oliveira in São Paulo.
